Ollie & I have stayed in various stables throughout our worldwide travels
but Owlbrook felt like home from day one. Ollie is super happy with the
daily turnout in the spacious green fields he gets to share with his friend
and the 5* star service he gets from stabling to feed to grooming. Training
facilities are also great with advanced dressage and show jumping trainers visiting weekly. We are super happy to be a part of the Owlbrook gang!

Bev and her team really do "raise the bar" for livery services. Every horse is treated as an individual; My horse in particular requires very careful management - & I am totally confident leaving her in their care, as I know they are as vigilant as I am in ensuring she is happy, healthy and content

I arrived at Owlbrook Competition Stables in December 2010. I had
been at my previous yard on an assisted DIY basis for 11 years with
several different horses. Towards the end of last year due to a change
in my working hours, I needed to find a yard that would be able to
provide me with a full livery service. I must admit that after so
long at the same place, thinking about moving was a little daunting
and finding the right place for my beautiful (if quirky) dressage mare
Esperanza (Epi) was very important to me.
I needn't have worried. What I have found at Owlbrook is a friendly
yard which is professionally run to a very high standard. The
facilities, outlook and location are fantastic. Liveries at Owlbrook
compete in a wide range of disciplines and
Bev has organised a number of regular training clinics ranging from
show jumping and flatwork through to dressage to music!
Most importantly, I have complete peace of mind knowing that my horse is well
cared for and has a proper routine so I don't have to worry about her
when I'm not able to get to the yard. My thanks go to Bev and her
staff for always being there to help and looking after Epi as they
would their own horses. A special thank you must go to Jim, Bevs
other half, whose carpentry skills go way beyond the call of duty!

Since moving to Owlbrook Competition Stables last December, Toy and I
couldn't be happier! Bev and her team do a fabulous job - the horses
receive the best of everything, the yard and facilities are beautifully maintained and it's always a pleasure to spend time there. Most
importantly for me, Toy gets treated as an individual and her daily
routine is based on thoughtful consideration of her/and my needs. She
gets so much care and attention and Bev does a great job of making sure
I'm always kept informed of her well-being. It's a real weight off my
mind knowing she is in such good hands and I'm delighted I made the
decision to move there

I have been based at Owlbrook since its first opening days last year.
Having viewed the yard still in an unfinished state, I made the decision
to move based upon the foresight that Bev and her partner Jim had for
the yard, their enthusiasm for what they planned and the attention to
detail Bev has that is so rare to find. Being an ex groom myself with
extremely high standards I had struggled in the past to have my horse on
full livery and looked after as if it were their own. I have in that
time had two horses here, one a very difficult horse who was expertly
cared for and Bev took much time and patience with him, many believe me
wouldn't have! I can honestly say Bev and her team do an amazing job, I
trust my horse with them implicitly and I can go on holiday or be at
work in the city in full knowledge that I arrive at the yard in the
evening after a stressful day to a welcoming family like atmosphere. I
certainly wouldn't ever entertain leaving, myself and my horses have
thoroughly enjoyed their time here so far
